Individuals and companies in disputes with government bodies
Administrative Litigation
We represent you before the administrative courts in challenges to administrative decisions, compensation claims and government contract disputes.
Administrative disputes arise when a decision or action of a government body affects the rights of an individual or a business, or when a government contract is disputed. We review the decision and its legality, file the grievance with the relevant body within the deadline, and represent you before the administrative courts of the Board of Grievances in annulment, compensation and administrative contract claims.

FAQ
Before you get in touch
Is a grievance required before an administrative claim?
For many claims the law requires a grievance to the body first, within a set period. Missing the deadline can bar the claim, so contact us as soon as you learn of the decision.
Can a government body be sued over a contract?
Yes. The administrative courts hear disputes over contracts to which a government body is a party, including claims for payments, compensation or price adjustment.
How long does an administrative case take?
It depends on the type of claim and the levels of appeal. We explain the expected stages once we have reviewed the case.
